Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship across the U.S. (and we’re working on getting global chaos coverage soon). If you’re outside the States and dying for something, shoot us a message — we’ll see what we can cook up.

Do you do custom designs?

Sometimes! If you’ve got a wild idea that feels like it belongs in the Lab, drop it in the contact form. We’ll let you know if it’s something we can bring to life.

How long does it take to get my order?

Every piece is printed fresh when you order. That means no dusty boxes of stale tees sitting in a warehouse. Print + pack usually takes 5–7 business days, then add standard shipping time on top.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes our emails get mistaken for chaos).

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because everything is printed on demand, we don’t do returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. The only exceptions are if your item shows up damaged or printed wrong — in that case, we’ll replace it or refund you. Full details live on our Returns & Refunds Policy
