Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are made on demand, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
If you receive a faulty product, contact us at team@1timelab.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We cannot accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse, so please check size charts carefully before ordering. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Shipping Policy
Production time: 2–7 business days.
Delivery times: U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–12 business days after fulfillment. International orders may take longer.
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
Multiple shipments: Items may ship separately depending on product type.
